Senior Architect
Job type: Remote, Night shift (Eastern Standard Time)
Salary: Starts at Php 65,000 per month
A small, dynamic, and growing firm located in Vero Beach, Florida has an immediate opening for an Architect. We are searching for a self-motivated and reliable individual to assist in all aspects of the architectural documentation process. This firm provides custom architecture for a diverse mix of projects. This includes high-end residential projects in affluent areas as well as projects for commercial and non-profit organizations.
This is a purely work-from-home position open to applicants based in the Philippines and will require you to meet with the team on Eastern Standard Time. You must be willing to work the night shift.
Daily Responsibilities include:
Draft and model projects in Autodesk Revit
Create 2D and 3D visualizations that communicate ideas graphically to clients and contractors
Assist in assembling drawing design and construction drawings
Work through solutions to technical and design problems
Required Qualifications:
2-5 years experience in Architecture or Construction
Bachelor's degree in Architecture
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is a must
High-speed and dependable internet connection
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Persistence and problem-solving
Must have a desire for professional growth
Experience in producing high-quality renderings is a plus
Portfolio of previous work experience
