Personal Assistant

LOCATION: Muntinlupa, Philippines

Personal/Executive Assistant needed to provide one-to-one personal support, offering administrative help for an executive involved in the fashion & exporting industry. It is important that the candidate has great interpersonal skills, is well-presented, and is professional.

Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Preparing all the needs of his/her boss for personal needs and schedules

  • Filing paperwork

  • Keeping track of inventory

  • Collecting sales from shops

  • Scheduling client appointments in the showroom

  • Assist with client fittings

  • Organizing & planning events

  • Can do personal and business-related tasks and errands

  • Various ad hoc requests & administrative tasks

Work Hours and Benefits:

  • Flexible work hours, with most days being 9 am to 6 pm.

  • Reimbursable work-related expenses

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Has extreme flexibility with the working schedules. Willing to work some weekends if needed

  • Flexible to work within Manila and travel to Cebu, Palawan, Boracay, etc.

  • Amenable to signing Non-Disclosure Agreements and maintaining confidentiality on work and personal matters

  • Fluent in verbal and written English and Filipino

  • Good attitude and can easily grasp instructions

  • Knowledge in using Microsoft applications like Excel and Word or Google Suite like Sheets and Docs

  • Must know basic computer tasks like emailing

  • Possesses efficiency and productivity

  • Well-developed time management skills

  • Strong organizational skills
